Join us for a special showing of the fantastic Spanish comedy Women on the Verge of a Nervous Breakdown (Mujeres al borde de un ataque de nervios)
This film will be shown in Spanish with subtitles in English and afterwards you are welcome to join us for a meal where a large party will be practising their Spanish conversation skills gently aided by our language teacher Christianne.

You don't have to join the class. You are most welcome to see the film or book a meal without them - just let us know on arrival and we will seat you separately. However if you do choose to join the group you will be made most welcome. Most of our Spanish conversationalists are beginner/ intermediate level of ability.

Film Synopsis.

Pepas's lover, Iván, leaves her and she tries to contact him to find out why he's left. In her search for Iván, she confronts his wife and son, who are as clueless as she is. Meanwhile; Candela, her friend, is afraid the police might be looking for her because of her ex-boyfriend, a muslim terrorist, and his criminal activities. As the plot develops, it is revealed that everyone's lives are more intertwined than they could have ever expected.
