Start your stitching journey with me or re-discover skills and inspiration in the wonderful world of sewing and yarn based crafts. Let me share the joy and mindfulness I've found in hand-sewn patchwork, decorative sewing, mending techniques, knitting and crochet. I can set you up with with mini technique projects or offer help and guidance with your own creaive plans. All ages and abilities are welcome and encouraged, with precious 'me-time' and new friendships guaranteed :)

So please join up today so we can start our stitch journey together.

A bit about me – Originally from London, I moved to Lichfield in 2009. I have a background in both fine art and crafts, originally graduating from the Royal College of Arts in Ceramics. I've run arts workshops for all ages at The New Art Gallery Walsall for over 15 years and after setting up Stitchety in 2024 my love for textiles is now taking centre stage. I currently describe myself as a 're-emerging artist' and my first sculptural work in 'many' years was recently on display at the gallery.

I will always have a supply of tools and basic materials for you (with the bonus of these sessions being the inevitable second hobby of developing your own fabric and yarn stash!)

Please do take a look at my website and social media to see what I'm up to and get in touch if you have any questions at all.
