The following provisions apply in relation to all Terms and Conditions and Policies of the Red Carpet Cinema Ltd (the Terms, and each a Term)
- The laws of England and Wales shall apply to the Terms and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any dispute or claim arising out of, or in connection with the Terms (including non-contractual disputes or claims).
- Our failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of any Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right.
- We may assign, transfer or, where permitted by law, declare a trust over the benefit of our rights and obligations under any Terms to any party at any time without notice to you. You may not assign, transfer or declare a trust over your rights or obligations under any Terms without our prior written consent, which may be withheld at our absolute discretion.
- We will not be in breach of any Term or otherwise liable for any delay in performance of them to the extent that such breach or delay is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
- If any Term is unenforceable, invalid or illegal (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you), the enforceability, validity or legality of any other Term will not be affected or impaired in any way.
- The Terms constitute the entire agreement and understanding between the Red Carpet Cinema Ltd and you and supersede all prior oral representations (including negligent representations) or written agreements, understandings or arrangements with respect to the subject matter hereof. Neither party shall be entitled to rely on any agreement, understanding or arrangement which is not expressly set forth in the Terms. The provisions of this clause shall not exclude any liability or any right which either party may have in respect of any statements made fraudulently prior to your acceptance of the Terms or any fraudulent concealment.
- Any notice to be given by either party to the other may be sent by email or recorded delivery to the address of the other. In the case of the Red Carpet Cinema this address shall be as set out below. In your case, it shall be the address that you provided at the time of registration or such other address you may from time to time have communicated to us in writing or by email. If sent by email, a notice shall be deemed to be received on the day it was sent or, if sent by recorded delivery, shall be deemed to be served two days following the date of posting.
- Some of the Terms are for the benefit of the Red Carpet Cinema and its officers, directors, employees, agents, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers and third party information providers. Each of these persons or entities shall have the right to assert and enforce those provisions directly against you on its own behalf if you violate any of the Terms. Save for the foregoing, the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 shall not apply to the Terms and no rights or benefits expressly or impliedly conferred by them shall be enforceable under that Act against the parties by any other person.

The Red Carpet Cinema Ltd – Online Reservation & Purchasing Terms and Conditions
The following terms apply for all bookings & purchases made via the Red Carpet Cinema website (‘Site’).
- All customers have the right to cancel purchases made via the site under the Distance Selling Regulations. You have the right to cancel the purchase of a good, without having to give a reason, at any time within the "cooling off period" of seven working days, beginning on the day after you receive the goods. If you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. You must send the goods back to us to our contact address at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible once you have cancelled the contract. We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense. Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the contract, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your cancellation. You will not have any right to cancel a purchase for the supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
- All bookings made via the Site are for tickets sold at the standard prices stated for the relevant performance at the time of purchase and not the time of booking. We reserve the right to change the standard prices for tickets between the date of booking and the date of purchase of any tickets for any performance
- By making a booking via the Site you are placing a booking request for tickets, which will only be deemed accepted by and binding on the Red Carpet Cinema once payment has been validly processed and received by us in-cinema
- Where payment is required in advance in order to fulfil your booking a receipt will be emailed along with a confirmation of your booking. These payments are non-refundable
- An email confirmation of your booking will be sent to you, which sets out the details of your booking including the amount to be paid and any applicable booking reference number. The Red Carpet Cinema are not responsible for any booking errors made by you (for example, if you select the wrong film or are excluded from viewing the film as per our Admissions Policy)
- Any ticket booked via our Site must be collected no later than the advertised screening time on the day of the performance; otherwise we will be entitled to release it for general sale.
- The Red Carpet Cinema accepts no liability for any double booking of any seat for reasons beyond our control but shall, in its absolute discretion provide a different ticket for a different film on the same date or a ticket for an alternative seat for the same performance or a ticket for the same film for a performance on an alternative date or at an alternative time.
- Tickets are collected at the Box Office at the Red Carpet Cinema.
- You will need to pay for your tickets by cash or using a valid debit/credit/charge card before you will be entitled to collect them. Once purchased the issue of any tickets to you will be in accordance with and subject to our Admissions Policy.
- For all concessions, you must bring proof of entitlement as this may be required upon entry to the film or collection of your tickets (where applicable).
- We always endeavour to operate in accordance with our advertised programme. However, there may be times when performance is impaired or curtailed or prevented by circumstances beyond our control. In such situations, we reserve the right to cancel a performance, vary the screening time or provide our customers with an alternative performance. If we do have to cancel a performance, your sole remedy shall be a refund of any admission price paid for the relevant tickets (if any), and no other costs.
- The foregoing is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties.
- Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in our Online Reservation & Purchasing Terms and Conditions is intended to exclude or limit any liability that may not by law be excluded or limited, and in particular none of the exclusions and limitations in this clause are intended to limit any rights you may have as a consumer under local law or other statutory rights which may not be excluded, nor in any way to exclude or limit the Red Carpet Cinema’s liability to you for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or that of our employees or agents.
- Your attention is drawn to the conditions of, for performances in the UK, the British Board of Film Classification certificate for the film being screened. We are obliged to and will refuse admission to any person who, in the opinion of one of our employees or representatives, is under the minimum age required for admittance. We reserve the right to request any individual to provide proof of age and to exclude any such individual from any performance if they appear too young and/or cannot prove they are at least minimum age for admittance. [In order for children under the age of 12 to be admitted after 7.00pm they must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Children under the age of 8 must be accompanied by someone who is at least 18 years of age at all times (regardless of the film classification)
- Use of the tickets will be subject to the terms and conditions set out in the Admissions Policy , which forms part of these Terms
- Booking cancellations are only available in accordance with our Cancellations Policy .
The Red Carpet Cinema Ltd – Admissions Policy
Your enjoyment of your visit to our cinema is very important to us at the Red Carpet Cinema.
This statement is just to remind you that the issue of a cinema ticket and your subsequent access to the cinema are subject to the following Admissions Policy.
Please read the terms of the Admissions Policy carefully.
Admission
- The Red Carpet welcomes a maximum of six children (under 12) with a ratio of one adult to every two children. Parents should at all times be in control of the children in the party so they do not run around the café bar or scream and shout with intolerable volume for tables with customers nearby
- The Red Carpet cannot accommodate children’s birthday parties and reserves the right to turn away a table booking in the café bar that is a child’s birthday party and not a family and friends mixed group
- Making two completely separate bookings for tables and then ask for the tables to be joined on arrival is not permissible as the Red Carpet will already have a fixed table plan and will not be able to accommodate said request
- The Red Carpet operates a Cancellations Policy , which must be adhered to in order to maintain booking online privileges
- We are required by law to refuse admission to a film performance to anyone who in our opinion is below or who, in the absence of a suitable proof of age, appears to be below the minimum age required by the relevant classification of the British Board of Film Classification or local authority. We may require proof of age in any event.
- It is a criminal offence to make a recording of a film for sale or to distribute or communicate a recording to the public in the course of business and to the prejudice of the copyright owner. Anyone making such a recording may be arrested and prosecuted.
- We are confident that all customers to the Red Carpet will behave in a mature and respectful manner and will take great care not to spoil the enjoyment of others by, amongst other things, ensuring that they:
- arrive on time for the start of their film
- do not set their mobile phones and pagers to ring during a performance
- where allowed entrance at the discretion of the Red Carpet, control their pets to expressly avoid any nuisance to any other customer or member of staff. The pet owner shall, at all times be solely liable for any damage(s) or injury to any person caused by said pet
- do not behave in an aggressive, intoxicated and/or anti-social way
- do not smoke or performing any other illegal or criminal act anywhere on the premises
As such the Red Carpet reserves the right, at any time, to refuse admission to anyone:
- who we consider might be a risk to the safety of others
- appears to us to be intoxicated and/or is behaving in an aggressive/antisocial way
- caught smoking on the premises
- caught with a cameras or recording equipment in the auditoria
In this regard we reserve the right to carry out random bag checks and to require anyone to leave the premises (without a refund) for any of the reasons listed above or for any other reason that we deem fit.
Tickets
- The purchase of a ticket entitles the bearer access to the performance named and at the time and date stated on it.
- Without the express written permission of the Red Carpet Cinema, tickets may not be resold or offered for resale (whether at a premium or otherwise) or used for advertising or promotions or for any other trade purposes. Any tickets resold or offered for resale or used for advertising or promotions or for any other trade purposes without our express permission will be invalid.
- Always check your booking confirmation & ticket. The Red Carpet Cinema are under no obligation to rectify mistakes from incorrect bookings or after purchase of tickets.
- With regard to seats reserved by phone or via our online reservation system, whilst we will do everything we can to ensure that you sit in the seat that you have reserved, we cannot guarantee this. From time to time, due to unforeseen circumstances or matters beyond our control or, for example, if you arrive late for the relevant screening, it may be necessary to seat you in an alternative seat. We reserve the right to do this at any time for any reason. Any seat reserved via our online reservation system will be subject also to our Online Reservation Terms and Conditions
Changes to Performances
- We reserve the right to change our availability and/or prices at any time without notice.
- We will always try to ensure that particular performances take place in accordance with the programme we advertise but, from time to time, due to unforeseen circumstances or matters beyond our control it may become necessary to cancel a performance, vary the time or substitute an alternative film. We reserve the right to do this at any time and, in such event we will, at our discretion, refund the cost of the ticket or issue another ticket for the same film on an alternative date or at an alternative time.
Liability
- The Red Carpet Cinema accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to your personal belongings, however caused.
- The Red Carpet accepts no liability for replacing lost or stolen tickets.
- Nothing in our Admissions Policy will affect your Statutory Rights as a consumer.
- Nothing in our Admissions Policy will exclude or limit our liability for fraud or for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or for any other liability which we cannot exclude or limit under law.
- Our liability to you if you purchase a ticket shall be limited to the price paid by you for it.

The Red Carpet Cinema Ltd – Cancellations Policy
- For bookings made via the Red Carpet Cinema Website the customer agrees that if the party is unable to attend they will:
- cancel the booking as necessary before the film starts
- or in case of some event cinema at least 7 days before the performance starts
For cinema bookings that are not cancelled by the times above, The Red Carpet reserves the right to charge the customer the full amount of the film or event booking.
- We reserve the right to cancel bookings without stating reasons, for any reason prior to processing payment
- Tickets paid for and collected in-cinema will not be refundable unless otherwise expressly stated
Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions
- Gift Certificates ordered through our Website will be processed on Mondays and Thursdays. Vouchers are then sent by first class mail so please allow a further 24 – 72 hours to receive your gift voucher.
- Our Gift Certificates must be redeemed at The Red Carpet Cinema and Café Bar, as full or part payment of our products. A Gift Certificate cannot be used to purchase a further Gift Certificate.
- When ordering a Gift Certificate, you should ensure to enter your address or the recipient’s address correctly. We cannot be held responsible if the address is entered incorrectly and someone other than the intended recipient uses the Gift Certificate.
- You cannot use Red Carpet Gift Vouchers for booking creative classes.
- You can check the balance of the Gift Certificate by asking a member of staff at the bar on arrival
- All Gift Certificates expire 12 months from the date of issue.
- Gift Certificates cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Gift Certificates may only be redeemed against products purchased in the same currency as the Gift Certificate.
- Where Products purchased with a Gift Certificate are refunded, monies owing will be refunded by a Gift Certificate.
- We are not responsible if a Gift Certificate is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission and no replacement will be provided in these circumstances.
- Gift Vouchers are not transferable or refundable.
The Red Carpet Cinema Ltd – Creative Class Bookings
The following terms apply when booking a creative class
- All the groups are strictly for adults, 18 years old and over.
- All classes need to paid for in advance and only full payment guarantees your place.
- We do not offer refunds for any of the classes.
- Guests are welcome to purchase lessons as the term progresses and join the group after the beginning of term if there are still spaces available.
- We do not accept tickets that have been given out as gifts for charities or as refunds or as compensation as part payment for any of the classes.
- We do not accept Red Carpet gift vouchers as payment towards any classes as the tutors are running their own businesses within the Red Carpet.
- Persistent disruption to classes due to behaviour or any aggression towards Red Carpet staff or tutors will result in the participant being asked not to attend and there will be no refund.
